Review:
I’ve needed to rent a storage unit twice in the last couple years. My experience was a very positive one due to the excellent customer service and care by the staff at your Pittsfield location. Both Amber and Justine were professional, outgoing and friendly which made this moving experience more enjoyable! There were a couple men who helped me in the retail store that were very nice too and I’m sorry I did not get their names. Thank you again! Keep up the great work!!! ?
