This was my first experience using this storage facility, and I found it to be satisfactory. The temperature control was perfect for storing my items. The customer service representative was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend it and give it a rating of 5 stars.

Easy access and felt secure as each unit has its own alarm... curtious stafff. Clean.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. The employee, Cat, was helpful in every aspect of the process. I was a little confused about the pick up process with the phone, but Cat was more than happy to step in and save me from the stress of that process. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family because of Cat. 5 stars
