They added $37.45 to my trailer rental without my consent.  $20 because I dropped the trailer off after hours (not late) and a $15 cleaning fee because they say there was a roach in the trailer (trailer was clean).  I called the local branch but they were not helpful.  I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.
