Self-Storage at U-Haul

Let's just say I can't give zero stars. Corinne, *owner* is rude, and had zero customer service skills at all. Unless you're a guy from the looks of it. Ordered a hitch online that said it was in stock and she just blatantly days she doesn't have it in stock and it's not her fault.

No dolly available when I picked up vehicle but website let me order it. Had to go buy one instead. Asked to inspect vehicle but they brought me the wrong vehicle by mistake. Returned truck 15 hours early but no price adjustment made. Returned truck with more gas than I picked it up with, no help. But they definitely charged me for the 20 extra miles I drove. The associate that checked me in couldn’t care less that I was dissatisfied with my experience. This was my second time using this location, unfortunately there are too many other locations available for me to use this location again.

Moving is difficult enough, u haul could make it less difficult by providing a great customer experience.

The customer parking is way off from retail doors. And parking that is close to doors is ALWAYS coned off. For someone using crutches this is VERY inconvenient.
