It’s extremely hot in the unit. There was dead lizards and dead roaches on the floor prior to me moving my items in the unit. I would not recommend the unit.

I am very pleased with my service while at this facility. I have been there for a substantial amount of time and I haven't had any issues with having my belongings stored there. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. I would like to thank you from my heart.

I don't believe I have ever been treated like I was more valued than everybody else, until I did business with the U-Haul in Lake Wales Florida. The entire staff was always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and available for anything anytime. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had. The pricing was very competitive and more reasonable than most in the area.
