Self-Storage at U-Haul

I had just moved from Texas (1300 miles ) & had made arragements 2 week prior to My move with ABC Storage. Not only had they rented out one of the units I had reserved, They had not prepared the other units either !! Needless to say, I was in quite a bind. My truck was there with no place to unload. U HAUL was there for Me !! They had just the unit I needed..Clean & ready. The staff was AMAZING !! 'Jes' treated Me with kindness & understanding of My distress & was on top of it ! Not only did they save the move, it was all done within 5 minutes AND....My 1st month's rent was free !!! Take caution to rent from a Reputable company. U HAUL Has Your Back !!! Thank You U HAUL !!!

No problems. They made it easy to meet my changing storage needs when I needed more or less space. Never had a billing issue. I know they watched cameras and patrolled the facility. They evict people who are basically living out of their storage unit and spoke to an individual who was wandering around the units obviously looking for unsecured ones. One time I didn’t lock my unit properly and the next morning found they had secured it for me, they promptly removed the lock and showed what I had done which left the door unsecured. That attention to detail is appreciated. The interior loading/unloading bay was very helpful during a snowstorm when unloading a large moving truck.
