Self-Storage at U-Haul

On December 17th I made my reservation and paid the same day. Fast forward to today. I arrived at this location at about 915am to pick up my truck that was scheduled for a 930 pick up. I waited for about 20 minutes or so. Then another couple showed up and we decided to call customer service to figure out why at 930 or 950am no one was there for us to pick up our rentals. After waiting even longer a lady shows up and unlocks the door finally after waiting on someone I’m already ready to go but instead, she puts my information in the system and tells me that I have to go to another location… Then I provided her with the same information and address as the one I was currently in and blamed it on the system and instead of making something work I was given an excuse. I’d much rather pay the extra amount to rent somewhere else.
