Self-Storage at U-Haul

The people here are very shady and run scams. They send you out in trucks that they have not checked and could be dangerous. The manager is very rude and is never at the business, you have to speak to her over the phone. The storage units have leaks and will flood. The office and units have roaches as well. The women who work here are very pathetic, I have always had good luck with the men though. Manager before current one was better.

Waited for 10min then had to ask someone about lp fuel and they were out. Some guy sitting behind counter playing on phone not caring about any customers. Will never go there again

The staff gets on any issues you bring up.There was a lighting problem by my unit and it was taken care of forthwith. The staff is helpful and courteous!?
