The lady at the front desk got us to sign a contract under false pretense, ensuring we could store two vehicles in a single parking spot. Turned in the paper work to a gentleman in the office who said we couldn't store the vehicles. The old man was very rude and unwilling to discuss it further.

We took our business down the street to the other, more professional, storage unit in New Market.

Also, next to the auto-gate is an unlocked entrance that anyone can simply walk through to access parked vehicles and storage units. Don't see this place staying in business much longer under the current management.

Easy access and clean storage units.

I have used many storage places in the past 10 years, and Self Storage of New Market is by far the best one. I've been renting with them for a few years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are caring and helpful. The facility is nice, clean, and well maintained. There is ample lighting in the buildings, making it very easy to see when you're digging through the back of your unit. It really is such a nice place, and it is run by kind and friendly people.
