Our experience renting an environmentally controlled space was easy, and the space was relatively easy to get into. Pleased with our rental.

ROOF LEAK AND POOR COMMUNICATION!
rented a 10x30 on December 9th, and when I went to move in two days later there's a large puddle in the middle of the back of the unit from a roof seam leak.
I contacted the front, she took a picture and I haven't heard anything back and the roof is still leaking. no communication on getting it fixed or an extra month free.
its been a month and they started charging ,still no communication from corporate, and storage facility manager won't give me a number to call!Instead insists on communicating for me and never updates! They still have not fixed the leak or communicated if they could please defer payments until the roof is fixed and I can move the rest of my stuff in properly!

After deciding to relinquish our parents apartment in a retirement village, we looked for a climate controlled storage facility that was close to us. Self Storage Plus recently renovated an old grocery store that is less than 1 mile from us. After checking other facilities we decided to put in a reservation online. A representative contacted me the same day and was very helpful. Went to the facility, met with the manager, Tasha, who showed me the unit and explained everything. We are very happy with our experience and decision to go with Self Storage Plus.

We rented a unit here and ended up needing a smaller unit since we overestimated how much we needed to store. Tasha, the General Manager, was very helpful and got us sorted quickly with our new unit. She was extremely professional and efficient in changing our storage unit.

The facility itself is clean and secure, and the prices are competitive.
