WARNING: Do Not Rent from this location. Rats, Mice, bed bugs are visible to eye etc….Today just helping my daughter to clean unit and nothing I’m mean nothing was salvageable! I mentioned to the rude little boy employee there that like calling Beltsville police to band customers from property not cool. I’m removing cleaning unit while daughter was disposing mice drippings.
This location violated my ADA civil rights once I told him I am disabled than the harassment started!
Do Not Rent I’m warning you! Do not rent you will be sorry
If your not off property by 5 to get auctioned items they will call police and call it trespassing!

My experience was very good seamless. The representative Was very professional with good energy, detail oriented. She took her time and was clear and precise. All of her instructions and demonstrations were clear and easy to follow. Facility was very nice and clean inside and out.
