Quick, easy, smooth transaction

I needed a medium storage of 10x30, it went smooth. So, I decided to rent another, this time one size smaller. However, the clerk forgot to take the lock off. I had my truck rented, and ppl to help me ready, but the storage was locked. I called, the man told me they will open the following day. I lost an opportunity of a day's work to move my things. I asked the lady the next day about what can be done as compensation? Never got a response. I even left a voicemail. I just wish they would have followed through.
