Very convenient and affordable. Staff was friendly,helpful, and very knowledgeable.

They have a 10 $ convenience fee to pay online or on the phone—didn’t bother to notify anyone about said changes so now you have to physically go there to pay without it. Wasn’t like that when I started renting my unit…but I’m definitely thinking of going elsewhere.

Giuliana helped me over the phone with explaining the whole process, prices, discounts, Etc. She did an amazing job at helping me understand everything and was extremely patient and professional. She had a wonderful attitude and amazing customer service!! After I signed the lease I also received an additional phone call from the office just to make sure I didn't have any questions. I just started renting from the Queens Court location in Maryland. Mr. Cornelius provided great customer service. He provided a tour of the facility and took great patience in discussing the rules/guidelines of this facility. He made sure the unit I was renting was clean by sweeping the area before I moved-in. Customer service is outstanding. Scottie was very helpful with explaining the units, gate access and operation hours. The facility is very clean and well lit. More importantly, the facility is safe to access with the coded entry/exit gates and security cameras. Thanks again Scottie.
