I received a wonderful service from boisy , the manager at this location, that made me to bring my friends dawn to this location

Clean facility and easy check in process. Boise was great, friendly and made everything efficient.

They are supposed to close at 6pm. So how is it that it'd 4:30 and the doors are locked. There's no sign saying they're closed. Complete lack of professional conduct or respect for the time of their customers.

I moved my stuff here from a different storage facility. So far my experience has been really great. Boise, the manager was the one who helped me and he was very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this facility over others!!
