Eazy to navigate but the storage rooms are a little cramped for a single man’s extra items.

Mae and Cynthia did an excellent job with my rental and directions to the unit. They even anticipated that I would need a dolly for the furniture and had one waiting for me at the door.

I've had my unit 7 years, and I couldn't be happier. The building and the units are clean and well maintained. The interactions with the employees there is easy, and I've always been treated with respect. I recommend Bel Air Self Storage to those looking for a storage unit

These folks are great. Clean facilities, and nice people are running the place. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that they do not allow PODS or other competitors onsite.

Update: Don't plan on staying there for any period of time. We rented a unit in 2018. They raise the rates incredibly. Today 4/6/2024 they informed us that the new rate for our 10x20 unit would be $477 a month. Going to their website you will see a new renter will pay less than half that. On a square footage basis, that is more than a luxury apartment would rent for.

Update 2: I sent my review and contact information to the email address they provided in the response. No answer from them. Complete crickets!
