The guy at the counter was great! I walked in, gave him my name and he found my reservation right away.

He asked if I was familiar with storage places. I told him I had used one years before, but not in a while. I told him I needed to see how big of a 5 x 5 location was to determine if that would be big enough. No one else was there, so he locked the front door and immediately took me upstairs to the location that I would have. We went back downstairs, signed paperwork, and everything is set.

The whole process took less than half an hour. It was quick, efficient, and addressed every question and issue I had.

I highly recommend this place!

6/17 - Just a small update. I went back on Saturday and put my lock on the unit. Again, it was quick, efficient and painless. Also, Carlos was the guy I have dealt with both times. He is a great guy.
