It has always been a very pleasant experience in all of my contacts with Ms.Lil and Jay at the Gambrlls, Maryland facility. I relocated from Maryland to Hawaii and anytime I had a question or need clarification on something I did it by e-mail. All responses from Ms.Lil were very quick and professional; a very pleasant lady.On the very few occasions that I have been back to Maryland and necessity to visit the facility, Jay was very helpful as well as attentive to whatever concerns I might have. I am confident that the items I have in storage are in good hands.

Best managed storage facility ever. Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous. Husband and wife team. They went extra mile to make move in and move out as easy and pleasant as possible.

They keep raising my storage fee an average of 20% every six months. I am a pensioner on Social Security and don't get a 20% increase in my pension every six months! Talk about price gouging! Nobody would complain about a modest increase every year, but 20% every six months? COME ON. MAN!!!
They have definitely driven me away. I intend to consolidate my things in the spring and get rid of Self Storage Plus for good.
