Self Storage Plus

This storage facility is conveniently located in McLean and easily accessible. I needed storage for a short period of time between moves. This facility is very clean, well-lit and offers a lot of options in terms of storage sizes. The staff and manager Ishara were very helpful and communicated clearly all the pricing and options. I was very happy with the services. The only small little issue is the potholes when you first enter into the facility. Minor issue though compared to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place.

Professional and extremely easy to work with.

I am writing to express my disappointment in the recent changes and customer service experience I have encountered at McLean Location Self Storage Plus since the transition to new management/practices.

I have been a loyal customer at this facility since September 2020 and have recommended your services to friends and family due to the exceptional customer-oriented approach and flexibility I experienced in the past. However, my recent interaction regarding my move-out process has highlighted a significant shift in your business practices.

Staff member Al told me that my account would be prorated until my move-out date and to remove my credit card from auto pay. Previously I was given of a grace period for transitioning out (free 2 to 4 days), I was met with conflicting information from Al the customer service representative as well as Ishara the manger at the Mclean Location. Despite being told that I was prorated for my last month, I was re-informed by your staff that this was not the case and was expected to pay for the full month along with a late fee, despite my consistent history of timely payments over the past four years.

While I appreciate the friendly demeanor of your staff, the lack of consistency and seemingly arbitrary changes in policy have left me with a negative impression of the recent changes at McLean Location Self Storage Plus. This experience has eroded the trust and loyalty I had in your business.

I believe that clear communication and customer-friendly policies are essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a suggestion, I recommend ensuring that any changes in policies are clearly communicated to customers and to your staff to offer transparency in all interactions.

I hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the customer experience for both existing and new clients of McLean Location Self Storage Plus. I encourage you to reconsider your current practices and prioritize customer satisfaction to maintain a positive reputation in the community.

My daughter went here to meet a modeling crew that was taking photos for their brand so anyway I mean it looked like a very nice neat place and I'm sure it is runoff AC inside so that your stuff doesn't rot from the Heat. I'm just grateful my daughter said she had a great photo shoot there and not sure about them having photo shoots in a storage unit that seems pretty odd to me. But anyway enjoy the day I would recommend this place though because it looks really really clean
