Self Storage Plus

This has been by far the nicest, cleanest storage location I have rented from. The office staff is extremely helpful and answers any questions or concerns I may have. You can’t go wrong by renting a unit from the McLean location.

Addendum:

I initially wrote a very positive review of Self Storage Plus, and I stand by my earlier comments regarding their excellent facility and customer service. However, I have recently discovered that they raise the price of storage units every 3-4 months. While this doesn't change my opinion of the facility itself, I believe it's important for potential renters to be aware of this before making a decision. Please take this into consideration when considering renting a unit at Self Storage Plus.

I’ve had a great experience renting with this location. They are clean, right off the highway, and easily accessible. Ishara is also amazing. Very attentive and informative. And to add icing to the cake she remembered my face and name 2.5 months later. If you are looking for a place to rent that keeps things professional, I would recommend.

Terrible serive I had been a loyal costumer for years .I moved to another unit I've got the special price from Christmas and the GM Tim took off that price and increase my monthly rate I talked to him and he just dint care . He is a terrible manager .I'm very disappointed
