I rented out a 10x20 storage unit over a year ago, when I originally started to rent it my price was over $100 lower per month. Then randomly they send me a letter in the mail saying 'in order to ensure we are offering competitive rates and exceptional storage solutions we carefully assessed the current market rates. As a result, there will be an increased rate for storage unit [insert storage unit number] effective [insert date]'. The issue with this is that on their website you can get the same sized storage unit for at least $100 cheaper then they have raised my price. This shows a lack of care for current, loyal customers.
