Very friendly and took their time to answer all my questions. The sale lady walked me through everything I needed to know. It was very clean and easy to find.

We found Ash to be friendly, knowledgeable & attentive to our storage needs. She performed as a consummate professional in our transition process.

I do not normally go to the extent of a google review, but let me tell you the reasons this is NOT worth your effort or money:
1. Rent increases every 6 months, period. Not $10/month, like $50/month, knowing you won't come move your stuff out. NOT business friendly.
2. All the reviews talk about how clean it is, trust me, it is FILTHY, elevators always a mess, walls scratched up, issues with the doors, even the elevator loading area looks like this building is more than 10 years old.
3. If you're looking for multiple utility carts to get your stuff to your vehicle, good luck. 1-3 carts for what has to be 50+ units/floor. And the carts look like they came from another used building, they're not even new.
4. There are NO bathrooms in the storage buildings in the back. This company prioritized using every square inch of space for profit that they did not include bathrooms. You have to exit the building, drive through the gate, to get to the office area.
5. RARELY is this office ever manned.
6. the loading area is SO inconvenient. you literally park in front of other people's exterior facing units.
7. hallways are SUPER tight, they were even nice enough to rent out a 10x10 unit right in front of a hanging HVAC unit so you can't get anything in without leaning it over. Seriously looks like my unit was an after thought.
8. Did I say it was filthy?
9. The feeling I get when I'm here is, minimal maintenance for high profit.
Find another place to store all your stuff, this ain't it.
