I've rented storage units for work at many different places, but this Self Storage location truly stands out. It’s by far the cleanest and most well-maintained facility I’ve ever seen. Suzie and the entire team went above and beyond to be helpful, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!

DO NOT ENGAGE A STORAGE UNIT AT THIS LOCATION. HEED MY WARNING! This place is clean, BUT ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I engaged a rental unit last summer and it has been nonstop issues of all sorts. To start, the front office is problematic and doesn’t know what they’re doing. I’ve had to enroll in autopay 4+ separate times spaced months apart because they can’t get it right for whatever reason, different protocols according to each employee, then when I’ve enrolled it doesn’t take and then I get lean notices on a unit that is empty - threatening to auction my belongings, when I’ve enrolled in autopay with them via their email prompt and over the phone numerous times. Then I have to call the office or e-mail them to sort it out, and they suddenly remember that we spoke and enrolled in autopay or updated my CC after it was stolen. They gifted me a lock because of the issues they caused, then charged me for it. Then the lock didn’t work and I had to buy a new one. So, I’ve paid for two locks now. Strange! I didn’t move anything into the facility for 7 months and when I came to get a tour, no one was there six different times! It didn’t matter what time I came, someone was always out to lunch or left early for the day…if I came 60 to 90 minutes before closing. Sometimes they sit in their office with the front locked during operational hours! It’s wild!!! When I finally got a tour, there was a lock on my unit…and they didn’t know how it got there?!!! What?! Soooo professional. Then I finally started to move my belongings in and the interior door was not working for me to enter into the building and I had to ring the bell on every occasion that I’ve come onsite for them to buzz me in? Why?! Only when I’ve called for assistance, no one answers the phone during operational hours!!! And nearly 8 months after I engaged a rental unit…and finally moved my items in…no more than 3 weeks later…they raised my monthly fee by $65!!!! I’m sorry, what?! Absolute filth and scoundrels! Corruption! DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. DO NOT RENT HERE.
