The customer service agent Natasha was very helpful and professional in every way. She explained in detail the contract and made sure I was satisfied with the unit I had selected and that it would accommodate my needs. I told her that I was a veteran and she made sure I was aware of the discounts that were available. I rented a U-haul to move and they didn’t have any dolleys, Natasha even let me borrow her personal dolley to make my move safe and convenient. She really knows her job and makes sure that her customers are taken care of. Top notch service!!!

The manager was very friendly && helpful. She went out her way to make sure I was taken care of. She even came late night to show me where and how to get to my storage.
