Senior Moving Company

We have used Senior Moving Company twice within the past two months and were extremely happy with them both times. They were on time, extremely courteous and handled our mother's belongings with great care. They always answer their phones and even went above and beyond when some of our own moving blankets got mixed up with theirs, and they brought them back to our house. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any type of move.

I was involved in an accident with a driver from SMC. While waiting at a red light, their driver took a wide turn and completely scraped my entire passenger side smashing my passenger rear view mirror not even stopping! Then he fled. After driving after him the driver's response was 'Oh, I didn't see you'. The passenger with the driver told me the guy was a horrible driver. The company didn't even give face, nor did they respond on time to the claim, ultimately denying responsibility. If this is how they answer to any responsibility to the community or accident, I would hate to think of the willful disregard they have for anyone's property. Oh, by the way, their insurance is apparently a small company hardly anyone has heard of, so I hope they don't have the same insurance type for people's personal belongings because they will deny any wrong doing. Shame on you, Senior Moving Co.

So many of our clients use this wonderful company! I have enjoyed everyone I have come into contact with. Ron and Samantha in Senior moving are just awesome. The moving crew that comes into the Senior Living communities I oversee are top notch! Great company all around and very fair prices.

I used Senior Moving Company to move from Texas to Florida. The move went very smoothly at both ends. The movers were very pleasant. They were quite efficient and took great care with my furniture pieces and the pre-packed boxes. The driver who drove the truck from Texas to Florida was very nice and pleasant and arrived in Florida on a timely bases.The movers had some big challenges on both ends. The Texas crew had to be very inventive to get all of my things in the truck.. The Florida crew had to contend with an elevator as I was moving into a second floor apartment and both crews took it all in stride. While the move wasn’t cheap, I feel it was well done and I am well pleased. I would recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time in just over a year. The company and all of its employees are customer first individuals. They respect the property and concerns of their customers. We will look to using them again in the future should the need arise!
