The team here was super professional and accommodating. Moving your elderly parents is always a stressful situation especially when they are in a different state. Amanda and her team made sure everything was taken care of!

I usually don't post many reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Roger and Senior Transition Services. This is a 5 star company that only handles senior relocations. The entire crew is very professional and does exactly what is expected. I can't thank them enough for helping me move my parents into an assisted living environment. Easy Easy Easy!!!

Highly recommend. Easy to work with. They were prompt, fast and efficient. I was very pleased.

Senior Transitions was fabulous. They take great care of everything, including my Mom's emotional responses to moving. They placed every piece of furniture and hung every picture exactly where it should be. I have never known such perfection. That is why we have used them twice. <3

Packers/unpackers were disorganized and slow. They lost part of my dishes. The glass on one of my framed artworks was broken. After 8 hours on moving day, I asked the 2-person crew to leave. The crew included a trainee though I was charged full hourly rate for a trained person. Once the owner of this franchise got the job, he never during the 2 day job or immediately following contacted me to see how things were going. And apparently the crew member in charge on the job did not report to the owner that they had been 'fired.' When I last spoke with the owner requesting a reduced rate for the work performed he became angry and threatening to take me to court. I settled for more than I felt was reasonable just to end this very disappointing, poor quality transaction.
