Liz is an incredible person. She has so much experience and her superpowers are not only to think of everything, but to anticipate things before you can even think of them. She is filled with empathy and is a subject matter expert on how to make such a difficult task optimal outcome focused. She lets you focus on your loved ones rather than hassles of nearly impossible logistics. She and her team will be an asset to you and your loved ones.

Moving our parents from a condo to a Senior Living facility went so smoothly. They came in and wrapped and packed everything up and then set the apartment up just like the condo was. When SMS was walking out, my parents were walking in. My mom said. “This is beautiful!” I highly recommend SMS. They are caring and very efficient.

We were extremely pleased with the services we received with our move from Traverse City to Grand Rapids. The whole crew was very professional and efficient. They all worked very hard and so quickly that the whole process went very smoothly. We especially appreciated how the unloading and unpacking went which helped us immensely to feel settled much sooner than we anticipated. We certainly would highly recommend them to others.

We had a wonderful experience with SMS and I would recommend them without hesitation. SMS moved my 83-year-old mother from her life-long house into senior living.
