The lovely older lady Charlotte at the front desk was wonderful each time I came into the office. She made our storing needs amazing even if for a short time needed while we packed our house to move to another state. She reminded me so much of my mother who also had the same name & spirit. Thank you for your kindness ??

I am pleased with the customer service if anything goes wrong with my account I get a call instead of letting it go or penalizing me/account. It is clean and I'm pleased with it, rates are a little high and there should be a senior citizen rate?
