Sentinel Self Storage - High Bridge, NJ

Dear Sentinel Corporate,
I have been coming to this storage facility for approximately 20 years now. I find the manager Sam is a delightful replacement after the departure of the old facility team. He is a professional as a corporate individual with business sense and is willing to assist in anyway that he can. I enjoy his personality and relieved that moving forward with the new company as our manager here and he understands his clientele with a sense of humor and humble. As customers locally we are luck to have him.
I have watched him over the past three years selling product to the customers for storage needs. I have used storage facilities since 1977 and the industry has changed a lot. I have used storage over seas and nationally and this is one of the finest locations I have used. Thank you Sam for all that you do. Current satisfied tenant-Marsha .

Wish I could do six stars here! The manager, Sam, at the High Bridge location went above and beyond and even stayed late to help us get multiple units for our business. The site is clean and well-lit and feels quite safe and secure here in Hunterdon county. Refreshing contrast to other nearby self storage sites as Sam was able to get us units when nothing appeared available!

Sam was fantastic! He gave me a tour of the facility, showed me how my code worked and where my locker was located. Great experience!

Sam was great, he walked me through all of the documents to sign, helped me with my lock and showed me where my unit was. Highly recommend!

I closed my unit 1 day after they took an automatic payment out. ONE day. And they wouldn’t refund me due to me not giving them notice. Seriously. That’s terrible. Especially with economy the way it is. I really could use that money. I guess no one is decent anymore. Never go here again. Really disappointed. Fake nice with this company.
