Sentinel Self Storage - Spring City, PA

I had moved down to the area and was looking for a secure lot to store my trailer. I saw the properly and did felt secure putting my trailer on their storage lot at the time. Only to have my trailer tampered with and my Spare Tire and mount Stollen off my trailer. When confronted, they told me to contact my insurance company. Shortly after this was mentioned, the my Lock was cut that secures my ramps for my trailer because they were trying to steal them, but could not remove them due to the trailer parked next to me. Once again, when confronted, the only response I got is to contact my insurance company. Keep in mind, this all happened on their lot!

I never want to deal with this place again! They don't care about what you have stored there. They only care about the money they get! Horrible customer service!!
