Haley explained everything very well and made us feel very comfortable to store our belongings with Sentry Storage Wet Boca.

Haley at Sentry Self Storage is amazing. She was extremely professional and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole move in a breeze. The facility is the cleanest and best organized storage facility I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!

I looked at a few storage units back in May and had great customer service when moving in back in May. I also paid for the unit up front for a whole year, (till June 2025) which locks in the rate.
Recently, I received an automated email stating that my rent will increase in January 2025. Thankfully Haley (who is the manager on site) called me back within the hour to clarify that it is not going to increase for me until July of 2025. So, I shouldn't have to worry about it till then. I loved her responsiveness and positive nature to our interactions!
