Serenity did a fabulous job moving my collected possessions from 32 years during the pandemic and storing them for 3 years. We were referred to Maxwell by our designer. We required a company to come, pack our apartment, move some items to storage, and dispose of other items. All of this took a lot of back and forth, as our request kept changing. Through this process Maxwell was always communicative and quick with his response. He was clear and happy to accommodate our changes. The day of the move the team arrived early to do a walk through of the place and began packing right on time. Moving is a stressful process, but working with Maxwell made it all easier. Would not hesitate to recommend.
