We used Serenity for a complicated move and they were great. Maxwell is so wonderful- he coordinated the move and storage, and the guys were professional and conscientious.

I paid $400 a month for storage during my renovation. When I get my stuff back, there were many things missing, like a much-beloved coffee-table book on Keith Haring. Always in a move, things break, but I have moved at least 10 times while living in New York, and I have never had nearly so much breakage as I did here. NOT recommended.

Move could not have gone better. The team was efficient and fast plus the move was affordable!
