Everyone from owner to moving crew were very professional, respectful and did everything to help move my parents into assisted living. They also did the house clean out for liquidation/donation. There is not one negative thing I can say about them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of transitioning their senior loved ones.

I have worked with Serras Senior Transitions twice - for a local move to an assisted living facility apartment in 2019 and then for a move out/clean of the apartment one year later. Being out of state, it was very important to me to feel comfortable with the company, and I am happy to say they exceeded my expectations. The owner, Cy Cawthorn, is extremely personable, responsive, and professional. In difficult circumstances when I was not able to travel to clean out my parents' apartment, they took care of EVERYTHING. Clean out, disposal, donation, and consignment. They offer a complete array of services, they are fairly priced, and they are very competent - from the estimator to the men who did the actual move.
