I have used Serras Senior Transitions 3 times and will use them one more time in the future. They are easy to work with and very professional. the stress is overwhelming and they made it easy.

This company has a 5-star customer service attitude—and they lived up to that value. They were exceptional! The arrived on time, explained the game plan, and worked hard and efficiently with a positive, can-do approach to every challenge. As with most moves, mine was on a tight timeline and they met my deadline. The care with which the team managed my packing, their attention to detail in protecting my belongings, and their patience in unpacking made this high-stress event far less so. Their laid-back professionalism was a comfort. I am delighted with the entire experience but was especially pleased with Steve’s oversight of my move. He seemed to be everywhere and was on top of everything. I was impressed with his approach at mentoring his team in a way that insured things were done safely and properly while respectfully educating and motivating them. I needed a move in a short time frame. They accommodated me and the men packed and handled carefully. They were friendly and patient and made the job of moving my father much less stressful.

We hired Serra Senior Transitions for a very small job (5 pieces of furniture) from one building to another on the same campus. They treated us with kindness and respect as if we'd moved a mansion. Later when we had a larger move in mind, we didn't hesitate to call them again. They moved half of Mom and Dad's furniture to their own truck and the other half to a relative's U-Haul. Movers were professional, polite, and took care with all items, even those going to Goodwill. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I have used this company twice in the last year for my sister. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Senior Transitions packed for us both times - and nothing was broken and done very quickly. Very honest and organized company. When I moved 4 years ago I used another local company and was very disappointed - lost items, etc. I do not believe you can find a better moving company than Senior Transitions.
