BE CAREFUL IF BOOKING HERE! I was lied TWICE about the prices. I was told $129 an hour and it’s not. False advertising. I was told 3 hr minimum, however I spoke to Stan twice and made him aware that it would take less than 2 hours to load everything into a truck, he assured me that they would honor the $129 an hour and they did not. I would have went with another moving company if that was the case when I knew moving everything that I had was less than 2 hours worth of work. If you have less than 3 hours of work that needs done..DO NOT book thru them. They do a great job but please BE CAUTIOUS!!

I recently hired Service Pro Movers out of Sacramento, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mihail and Alex. From start to finish, these two gentlemen demonstrated utmost professionalism, carefully shrink-wrapping and taping every piece of my furniture. They handled everything with such patience and caution that I almost felt my prized possessions were on display in a museum! And as if their moving skills weren’t impressive enough, they even took the time to suggest putting baking soda inside my refrigerator—talk about thinking outside the (moving) box!

Not only did they ensure my belongings were safe, but they also made the entire process fun! Who knew hiring movers could involve such practical tips and a few laughs & smiles along the way!?! Have you ever seen movers treat your cherished items like rare artifacts? Isn’t it refreshing to meet a team that combines efficiency with professionalism? And really, who wouldn’t want a moving crew that’s both meticulous and entertaining? Hats off to Mihail, Alex, and the entire Service Pro Movers team for turning a potentially stressful day into a memorable experience!

Looking ahead, I’m already excited about the prospect of using Service Pro Movers again when I finally decide to move from my storage unit to my new location in San Francisco. Their stellar work has left no doubt in my mind that they are the movers I can rely on for every transition. Thank you too Alex and Mihail!
