Shamrock Storage - Goyer Rd

I have been renting two storage units from Shamrock Storage in Kokomo Indiana for the past 3 years now and I wouldn't ever recommend any other storage facility other then Shamrock. I have had some extremely difficult times in the past few years, lots of times falling way behind on my rent but the Manager is so understanding and very empathetic and as long as I keep her informed of my situation then she works with me and has, on several occasions deducted late fees for me. I am so grateful for their kindness and couldn't be happier knowing that all my belongings are in good hands with their company. I highly recommend! Thank you Shamrock Management! Sara Cavazos

I will share my horrible experience at a later date. Diane is worried about the wrong things such as capitalism which tells me alot... I see ppl have had similar problems in the past When someone asks to be let in to get their daughter's vital medicine and your response is You can't even though you were just at the site because of a payment of less than 100 dollars, you are definitely worried about the money rather than morals and values and more importantly a child. Coming from someone who once had a struggle.in life it seems you would.be a little.more graceful and less rude and unprofessional .

'Diane is a great manager and she's awesome to work with. I lost my job and fell behind on rent. Diane worked with me on a payment plan and gave me extra time to make sure that I didn't lose my stuff. Shamrock is clean, secure, & I highly recommend this business.'

At first I absolutely loved this facility, the convince of it. However can't get into my account on the website and this has left me with so many problems as the staff are extremely difficult to get a hold of. Diane the manager is extremely professional and sweet when she is able to get a hold of me but she is tackling both locations alone it seems. I'm trying to move out of my unit and due to my last missed payment my gate code won't work. My issue is I've paid the bill but still can't get into the gate. And all attempts to reach out have been met with nothing. If you have access to an account on the website then this is a great place to rent. If you have issues with technology you should probably rent elsewhere.
