Service was excellent!

I'm not really the kind of person that leaves negative reviews online, but I have to make an exception here.

I scheduled a move with this company about two weeks before my actual moving date. They asked useful questions about the size of my apartment, the things that I needed to move, etc. After this first call, I never received any follow-up from them, but didn't initially think it was a problem. Two days before my actual moving date, I called to confirm that everything was set. I got no answer, so I left a voicemail. The following day, I called again. Voicemail. Not a good sign.

The morning of my move, they did not show up at the scheduled time. I waited 20 minutes, understanding that sometimes things happen, and then called them. No answer. I drove to their location and found no one available. I was left scrambling to get help from my friends to move an entire apartment at the last minute.

I can understand poor communication, or being late, or things being damaged during a move. Those are unfortunate, but reasonable things that happen and I wouldn't bother writing a review for that. However, not responding to several calls, multiple voicemails, and never bothering to touch base with a customer is something that is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend these movers under any circumstance.
