The office staff rather let me give the name of the person...PAM is very rude & unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... She speaks over customers on the phone..She cusses like a sailor in front of customers waiting in the office... She gaslights & talks down to people on the phone making them look stupid when there are customers waiting in the office waiting... They keep you tagged out of
unit after you've made your payment & it on whoever the 'new employee' is even though I have only ever dealt with ONE WOMAN...Also they FORCE you to buy THEIR renters insurance or get your own which is ridiculous because it's MY stuff .. if I don't want to insure it I shouldn't have to... it doesn't cost them a cent if something happens to MY stuff... it only gives them a reason to add an extra $20 a month to the payment that is already ridiculous....I will NEVER rent from them again i will let everybody i know not to as well...u-haul would probably end their contract with them if they knew how they handled customer service

First time using this place and I have to say it was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Would definitely use again. Thank you so much to Savannah and Pam for your excellent help with all my questions.

I guess I've gotten my answers , surly don't want rodents eating on my furniture Lord knows I've lost everything I don't want to lose what little I have left,I pray people aren't just making these things up...... just to stop them from getting business !!¡☹️
