Unbelievable and worth every penny! From the first phone consultation to the last piece of furniture placed these people were honest and amazing! Vicki explained in detail, communicated well and was very responsive to questions, emails, and calls. The staff knew exactly how many hours and workers were needed to load and unload the trucks. Dylan, Dante, Robby, and Dylan were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of us, each other, and our belongings. They worked well together and hustled the entire time. I chose to do the packing of the boxes and found that if I did exactly as I was told, our furniture (which they wrapped carefully before loading) and boxed belongings arrived safely. Initially I asked for both packing and moving services and was quoted prices for each service. However, my daughter insisted that she would pack for me so I cancelled the packing service. This company then raised the price for moving my household goods by more than $400. Also, they did not unroll my area rugs after delivery and they completely, totally blocked my main closet with wardrobe boxes. I can neither get my clothes out of the boxes to hang up my clothes nor can I move these boxes. Very inconvenient. However, they were speedy, polite, punctual and apparently careful with my things. Nothing is broken.
