I used this company May 5/25/24, to ONLY PACK THE TRUCK NOT TO STEAL MY ITEMS the movers were L & E or L & A a tall White skinny guy and a short Mexican guy with glasses. THEY STOLE FROM ME, they did not know how to pack a truck 1st of all I had a family member that did packing for 15 years so I had him there to Supervise them, once when the truck was full we started on filling my car, so my Nephew left since all the big stuff was loaded. WRONG MOVE They started not only filling my car they started filling there truck, they had no reason to put anything in there truck, my UHAUL was parked in the back and there truck was in the front/side of the townhouses building. When everything was done and they left my neighbors told me that my 55inch TV was left on the sidewalk by there truck, well there plan was to take the TV but they cracked the screen so they left it on the sidewalk, my neighbors continued to tell me that they thought I was giving them a oscillator fan, my 55inch TV, red trolley wagon, 2 silver shelves and other items are missing (I'M STILL UNPACKING). I called the OWNER DeAndre in which the conversation did not go well. I made a police report and the investigation is ongoing the Officer retrieved the footage today 6/5/24. I called the owner DeAndre today to inform him of the status on my end and he did not answer my call (CALLER ID) is something else. I will press charges to the FULLEST. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HIS EMPLOYEES HAS STOLEN AND I'M QUIT SURE IT WILL NOT BE THERE LAST. THE WAY DeAndre acted this maybe an ongoing act with him in his empliyees. MY ADVISE US NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY AND I WILL POST ABOUT THIS COMPANY ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE.
MY TV IS IRREPLACEABLE MY DECEASED BROTHER LEFT IT FOR ME, MY HEART US BROKEN!!!
