I used Shield Moving in April 2021 and again recently in March 2024. Both experiences have been really positive. When my box spring wouldn’t fit up the stairs, they quickly and easily resolved the situation by using the balcony. I had a huge move last Fall and had to move most things to storage, and then downsized to a smaller apartment. There was much work to be done and D'Andre worked with me via phone for weeks until moving day. Then out came two of the best movers, polite, efficient and on the ball. Isaiah and Seneca couldn't have been more hard working, quicker, understanding or communicative. They were so careful with my fragile things, making sure the boxes were stacked carefully and easy to get to. They made a difficult situation appear easy and it wasn't. They maintained a very positive and friendly attitude throughout the whole long, tiring, cold, and windy day. I am so grateful to them and to this company. I highly recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever. Their pricing is the best around also. You get much quality work for what you spend, believe me. They provided a window of 12-3 and arrived right at 12. He called ahead of time and confirmed it was okay to arrive. They wrapped everything very carefully and moved quickly. They were communicative and friendly while also staying focused and didn’t stop moving from start to end. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
