Rented there for over 6 years for bulky items. In March of 2023 the new owners required all units have insurance purchased to cover YOUR ITEMS in storage or that they storage company be listed as an interested party in YOUR HOMEOWNER INSURANCE. So for items that cost less than $1000 I was FORCED to purchase the insurance they sell. It raised the rates over 40%. I closed my account and moved out in August of 23. Fully explained this review was happening after over 6 years there. A straight cash grab selling insurance regardless of what’s in the unit.
Find a different storage place in Fallon or area.
