Review:

Worst…shipping company…ever!!! I drop my items on the 2nd of October and it took 4 weeks to get my items…4 WEEKS!!! I was hoping that they would process it in 2 in a half weeks but seems to me that they enjoy taking their sweet time, especially since my starting date in my new job was delayed numerous times, in which I needed my tools that I shipped with them. Screw shipsmart…this the last time I use them to move my items. LAST TIME!!!!!!

Worst…shipping company…ever!!! I drop my items on the 2nd of October and it took 4 weeks to get my items…4 WEEKS!!! They have called and apologized to my mom, I believe it was the Operations Manager. This was a one off mistake, we appreciate the effort and contact. I believe they will be pro-active instead of re-active moving forward.

Thank you for having a Manager that reached out us directly and talking with us.

If I could give a zero I would.

My brother moved from Oakland to Colorado. We paid for 2 weeks shipping. Some how when we called they said they didn't know where it was, they even called a week later and said we are here to pick it up... AFTER THEY PICKED IT UP.

Then we get to Denver, it's been 6 weeks. They told us they dropped it off, and it would be with another place - 2 days MAX. Guess what, apparently it will be another week.

I will be more than happy to talk to Management.
... but got forbid dispatcher or whoever they call helps us.
