Really good shipping company. Packed the couch well and was transported carefully. Delivered on time and kept me in the loop all the time. Will continue to work with them. Reasonably priced for the service I got.

Excellent all the way around, they packed everything very carefully and it was packaged very well. I have used these folks twice shipping small shipments from MA to AL, it was items I had inherited from my parents. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

A truly awful experience. Not only did our final bill for our shipment exceed $1500+ more than the estimate they quoted us with dimensions and weight given, but to top it off the carrier they assigned to our job may have literally been brain dead. We shipped ~$130,000 worth of networking equipment and computer accessories and the carrier that fullfilled our order used less than $10 worth of bubblewrap on the entire shipment.

When I spent 3 weeks planning this shipment and verifying that the best care possible will be taken with our expensive inventory, I never expected to see the state at which the items arrived. I understand that the carrier is a 3rd party, but we payed Ship Smart to provide us with a reputable carrier and they failed miserably.

Word of advice. If you have items that you value and need to ship them. Go straight to a carrier or another service. This middle man shop doesn't care about you or your materials and the way that all of this was handled screams unprofessional.
