I want to say thank you to shipmyroom in Albright, Pa. As a parent of a 1st year college it was suggested that I place my daughter stuff in a storage unit so that way she does not have to travel back to NJ with her stuff and it will be easier for her to move back into her dorm the next semester. So we contacted shipmyroom online and via phone to get all information needed and what comes in package. We'll we agree to get package number 3, paid and went on our way. A few days later my daughter received a email stating that they was going to withdraw 120.additional dollars because she had more items which had to be placed in boxes and paid for. So, I called speak with manager advised of our several conversations as well as what we did online. I felt that both myself and manager was getting frustrated. So to keep it professional the manager listened to my concerns and suggestions and stated that she will review order and call me back. We'll when she called me back she stated that my daughter will receive her total refund and she apologized for the misunderstanding. We will definitely use them again because of their professionalism and willingness to solve the issue. It is also a very convenient service and I just suggest that you get all your questions answered a head of time.
