The conversation I just had with the owner Chris was so inappropriate and disrespectful. I will NEVER use their business again.
I had called because I shipped an item through their store with USPS, I had unfortunately lost my tracking number. I had shipped a package 9 days earlier and it was in Cincinnati for about a week, and I knew it hadn’t reached its destination. I called explaining my situation, they informed me I would have to go through USPS, I said great I can do that. I just need my tracking number, I unfortunately lost it. They started getting my information and then the owner started talking about how it’s just in Cincinnati. It’s probably fine and it’ll get to its destination. I told him straight forward, I just need my tracking number, it’s supposed to be in Idaho on the other side of the country and it’s been in Cincinnati for a week. I’ll just take care of it through them since you already told me you can’t help me.
That apparently pissed them off, and so they told me my tracking number at a speed to where there is no possible way to write it down. I interrupted them, Can you please slow down? And that’s when they went off, telling me I had an attitude and I’m so disrespectful. So I stopped them, I said No sir, I just need to get my tracking information since you can’t help me with anything else. To which they replied, I have dealt with too many people today and you’re the last one, AND I’M THE ONLY ONE WITH THAT INFORMATION HUH? Then continued to belittle me, not giving me the information I asked for. So I hung up, I won’t be spoken to that way, I can my information another way. The OWNER then called my mother in law who he knows to talk about me. I feel like that’s some sort of violation of code. Completely inappropriate.
