Employees are not helpful at all, received a package that was processed through them. Called them to see if they might be able to help but the guy was just escalating the situation more and more. Couldn’t even get a word in to explain the situation. He just wants to blame usps. How can a package be in New Jersey and Arizona at the same damn time? USPS can’t mess up that bad

Your employees can handle it better, maybe you can raise them to be better. Part of running a business is customer service and not getting snippy when it’s you get busy 1/12th of the year.

I have lived in the neighborhood for close to 30 years. I have always used this location. I know that at some point it was closed down and then reopened by the now current owner. I really like dealing with the young couple , whom i have not seen recently, when i go in there late in the day. They are always so nice and both hardworking. I have not seen them in a while and i sure hope to see them soon. I prefer their warm demeanor.

I have used Chris and his crew for years and they are the best around Mesa. Great service and good people. I am not big on giving reviews and I just looked up their hours and came across a bad review. So I am here to say BS on that review. People need to relearn that the world doesn’t revolve around them.

I've tried on so many occasions to get some actual service here and it's just not worth it. Unless you are simply dropping a prelabeled package off, find somewhere else. The manager/owner/whoever he is to that business is flat out lazy. He complains the entire time that he's the only one there, tells people that helping them get an item packaged is not worth his time, and good luck trying to get a shipping quote. I was obviously going to be using you to ship, I needed to know how much to charge my customer first. It's sad when I'd rather deal with the cheerful bunch over at the regular post office before I ever decide to go back to this place.

As you can see by his response, that is the type of person you can expect to deal with... A new shipping center opened up on Higley and University in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Friendly staff that actually cares about their business.
