Update 11/1/2024 - won't use them again. We asked them to move our belongings four months later after we found a home. I reached out to our sales rep and gave him a very specific breakdown of what needed to be moved and where. The day of the move, rather than sending us two full size trucks (like our first move), we got a truck and a half. That ended up ballooning our final amount to over a grand more than what we paid four months prior. Not cool.

Great experience with Shur-Way. Ryan initially came over and provided the quote based on the 'stuff' he saw. Within a few days I called their office and scheduled the move.

The morning of, it ended up snowing a few inches. Despite this, the Shur-Way team arrived on time with two trucks. They promptly laid down runners throughout my hallway, discussed what to move first, and got to work. I liked that they clarified if some items were to be moved or not.

After the trucks were loaded, they made two stops. One to our temporary housing to drop off a piano, and the final stop to our storage unit. Considering how much 'stuff' we had, it only took approx 5 hours to move everything (and it was snowing the whole time). I would recommend them, and would hire them again when we move to our permanent home.
