Sidney Storage

Very nice people

So I just helped my buddy unload some things at his storage. He's got one of their largest units there for over a year but couldn't get to pay the bill yesterday cuz his daughter was sick. We went there at 7:30 in the morning cuz he's helping me move today and they had already changed his password for the gate code. He said he'd let us in to unload the stuff so I could move but to try and be quick. We were there maybe 5 minutes and we had a full truck and the guy storms out and starts yelling at us saying he thought we were going to be quick and storms off... We quickly threw what we had back in there and left but I would definitely not suggest getting a storage unit here. Daffodil has great service right down the street so does the one on Mile Hill.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Lane is absolutely wonderful! He is kind and really has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were and continue to be met. Pam is kind and friendly too! Amazing customer service here and I would highly recommend Sidney storage on this aspect alone…but there is more! The facility is clean and secure too. It’s pretty much everything you could want in a storage unit but much better because the customer service is phenomenal! Lane and Pam thank you so much for all you do!

I have used this facility for over a year. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in their dealings. The units are clean, secure, and well insulated. I recommend doing business here.
