Words cannot adequately express the phenomenal experience we had with Sidney Storage. My primary concerns with finding the right storage facility were safety and cleanliness — and Sidney Storage far surpassed my expectations.

That said, I’d be remiss if I didn’t take a moment to highlight the exceptional customer service that Lane provided. We started with a 10x10 unit, only to realize a few weeks later that we needed more space. Lane was incredibly accommodating in getting us an additional 5x5 unit within the same building. We were on a time crunch, and he went out of his way to ensure that we could obtain this extra unit in a very timely manner.

I truly don’t think I’ve ever had such a wonderful customer service experience. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

First time managing my own storage unit and had an excellent experience! Very friendly, easy to talk to and patient with all my curious clarification questions. Also love the location, general facility layout and great security.

Managers/Operators are extremely courteous. The grounds are extremely clean and well taken care of.
